Terms & refunds
Our fourth principle, written as terms: nothing here is designed to make you come back.
Sessions
- In our first season you pay per session. Tickets are refundable up to 12 hours before the session starts.
- If we cancel a session, you get all of your money back, or a place at another session if you prefer.
Passes, later
- We plan to add a four-visit pass after the first season. It will never renew on its own, and unused visits will be refunded on request at the per-visit price you paid.
- We will not sell annual memberships.
Gift cards
- Gift cards never expire and carry no fees.
Events and retreats
- Event tickets are refundable up to 72 hours before the event. Retreat deposits and refunds are set out on each retreat page.
Online purchases
- Every online purchase comes with a copy of the agreement by email, as Alberta’s Internet Sales Contract Regulation requires.
